Professional Biography

Tom has more than 20 years of experience in consulting services, with significant experience in the finance, real estate, commercial, public sector and investment industries. With his current investment and hands-on involvement with multiple business ventures, he brings a wealth of operational and leadership experience to the IMS management team.

Areas of Focus

As CFO, Tom is responsible for financial structures and systems; as well as providing leadership and coordination of the company’s budget management, treasury management, contract management, financial and analytical reporting, human resource management and payroll functions. 

As a partner, Tom is an integral part of developing and guiding IMS’ strategic direction and initiatives.
